Shows each employee's current week and month attendance from Clock-In records so Management can decide who still has roster capacity.
Weekly ordinary-hours target: 45 hours
Tracker aims to roster each employee to 45 ordinary hours for the week without unnecessary overtime. Management may approve up to 1 additional paid overtime hour for a specific ordinary working day when needed. Sunday and public-holiday premium work remains separate.

Yoco Neo Touch · Web POS Integration
Neo Touch-ready card payments for Mr Pinkys Tracker. Tracker sends the exact amount and order reference to Yoco Web POS, waits for the terminal result, and only marks the order paid after Yoco confirms success.
CONNECTION STEPS
1. Yoco enables/authorises Web POS access for Mr Pinkys Tracker. 2. Create or enter the Neo Touch Web POS device. 3. Test the connection. 4. Enable automated card payments.
YOCO ACCOUNT AUTHORISATION
Check whether the secure server-side Web POS credential has been authorised.
NOT CONNECTED
Neo Touch payments remain manual until Yoco Web POS has been authorised and the terminal connection has passed a test.
Yoco account credentials/tokens remain server-side only and are never saved in the browser, receipt, ZIP package or customer data. If Yoco has not yet enabled custom Web POS access, this screen stays safely in manual-card mode.
POS VAT Settings
VAT is currently optional and controlled by Management. Keep VAT disabled until Mr Pinkys is formally VAT registered. When enabled, each completed POS order stores its own VAT snapshot so historical slips stay correct even if the VAT rate changes later.
Current status
VAT is disabled. POS prices are charged as entered.
Slip Printer, Labels & Branding
Management controls the customer slip, thermal printer layout, bag labels and Mr Pinkys branding used throughout the system.
The thermal printer is selected through the device/browser print dialog. Pair or install the printer on each phone, tablet or PC that will print.
Manager Operational Actions
Manager has full operational access and can perform the same operational tasks as Laundry/POS, Driver and Clock-In without changing accounts.
Final Beta · Testing Checklist
Recommended checks before treating Tracker as your only operational record.
1. Clock-In — Test clock-in/out, lunch out/in, face capture and PIN fallback.
2. Laundry / POS — Create a real order, add services/extras, process, pack, complete, then print slip and bag tags.
3. Driver — Test Caddy and scooter, a single-stop trip, multi-stop trip, and a second trip on the same day.
4. GPS — Keep Tracker open during the trip. Review the route, customer geofences and unexpected-stop flags.
6. Offline — In a controlled test, disconnect data/Wi-Fi, capture an action, reconnect and confirm synchronisation.
Driver Route Review & Irregular Stops
Google-free GPS route history. Review the actual route recorded by the driver's phone and potential unexplained stops.
Customer Management & Editing

Categories are the main umbrella headings. Every Product / Service sits under a Category. Example: Category = Guest Laundry → Product = Shirt → charge per item. Domestic / Commercial laundry products can sit under their own categories and charge per kg.
1. Categories (umbrella headings)
The Category is selected first in Billing & Packing. Examples: Guest Laundry, Domestic Laundry, Commercial Laundry, Detergents, Delivery Charges.
2. Price Lists
Edit Domestic, Commercial, Hotel Guest Laundry or create additional price lists. Each product can have a different price per price list.
3. Add Product / Service under a Category
Every Product / Service must belong to a Category. The charging method and measurement unit belong to the Product / Service itself. Example: Guest Laundry → Shirt → By quantity → item. Commercial Laundry → Wash Dry & Iron → By weight → kg.
Products / Services grouped under Categories
Each product/service belongs to one category. Charging method and unit can differ by product. Prices can differ by price list.

Payroll Report Rules
These settings are used when the Payroll report is generated. This is not an estimate widget.
Public Holidays & Special Overtime Dates
Add the date once. Payroll reports will automatically identify staff who clocked in on that date and apply the selected multiplier.
The report calculates each clocked workday from the employee's backend daily rate. Sunday half-day work is paid as one full normal day. A full Sunday is paid at the configured Full Sunday multiplier (default 1.5×). Public Holidays use their configured multiplier. If a date is both Sunday and a Public Holiday, the Public Holiday rule is used rather than stacking both multipliers.
South African Public Holidays · Automatic
Tracker automatically maintains the current and next year's statutory South African public holidays for payroll, including Good Friday, Family Day and the Monday-observed rule when a public holiday falls on a Sunday. Management can still add or edit exceptional once-off holidays manually.

Live tracking runs from Start Day until End Day and requires location permission on the driver's phone. Tracker records movement continuously through the browser, targets a point at least every configured interval or after meaningful movement, and stores trip points against that trip. If the phone fully closes or the operating system suspends the browser, web-platform background restrictions can temporarily pause updates; Tracker automatically re-arms GPS when the portal resumes.
